• As a Founder and Director of Pushan, Parthasarathi M  leads the practice, leveraging his profound knowledge and has been responsible for Due Diligence Preparedness, Preparing organizations for IPO with regard to Accounting and Secretarial process streamlining, debt syndication, private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, first-time implementation of Ind AS, cross border accounting, implementation of cost control's and setting up of robust MIS systems. He has also successfully implemented corporate restructuring plans involving international jurisdictions; encompassing taxation, corporate law and foreign exchange regulations.
